Presentation Skills for Real Estate Professionals

We will learn and practice recommended behaviors to project confidence and knowledge with your physical and vocal energy. Being purposeful with your eyes, hands and feet; vocally with your volume, pace, inflection and reducing non-words. These skills will be applied to seated and standing presentations and both online and in person environments.

With the desired outcome of a signed contract, we will learn a structured and logical process to apply your content to each specific clients needs. Every client doesn't need every peice of info; design the message per client for best outcomes.

We depend on visuals to share our message. It's too easy to focuas on what we are talking about when referring to our visuals, rather than focusing on who we are talking to.  We will learn and practice techniques to refer to our visuals and stay connected with who we are talking to. We'll also discuss a process for answering questions during and after our presentation.
